IATA Airline Customer Service Program

About the Program

Designed to build strong customer service and operations skills, this course integrates front-line service excellence with ramp and airport operations training. It prepares students for airline and ground handling roles that demand professionalism and service efficiency. This course is carefully structured and blended with the CUSAT Certificate Program in Airport Ramp Services Management and ACI Aviation Management certifications, which would enable the students more industry-ready and employable.

•    CUSAT Certificate Program in Airport Ramp Services Management
•    ACI endorsed Basic training in Aviation Management

Duration of the program: 06 months (one semester) Days

Fee/Person: The tuition fee per participant for the program is proposed as Rs 1,25,000/ plus 18% GST if applicable (in addition, students will have to pay admission fees, registration fees, uniform fee and such other routine expenses as may be decided by the Academy from time to time)

The selection process will be designed, approved, and administered by the Academy in accordance with institutional guidelines.

Eligibility: 
1.    A degree from a recognised university or equivalent; 
2.    Good communication skills and proficiency in English; 
3.    Certificate of physical fitness from a medical practitioner; 
4.    Age: 20-26 years as of the last date for submission of application

•    Should have a clear skin tone
•    Good physical capability
•    6/6 clear vision (corrected)
•    Free from colour blindness
